Dear Mr/ Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor service I received at your restaurant last week.
Though your restaurant have good reputation in good service, on this occasion, I was so unpleased because of the poor service that I had to wait for hours to be served. Actually, I supposed to have my lunch in thirty minutes, however, your staffs tended to serve other guests who came after me. It was not too annoying until your staffs had no apology for this mistake that drove me crazy.
Besides, It was surprised that plastic cups are used in your restaurant even though we do not take it away. It is not environmental friendly at all, It makes our environment polluted. Especially, I am not satisfied to be served plastic cup and straw since it is not good for health.
Might I suggest that, as a manager, you should take some time to observe your staffs as well as have strict rules for them to work professionally. They have to train to be responsible for their work and respect their customers. Moreover, it is better to change plastic cups into glass ones since it helps protect our environment.
