Topic: You have ordered a dress from an online shop recently, however you found that there was something wrong about that dress. Write a letter of complaint to the manager explaining the problems and requesting compensation.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to express my annoyance with the product that I have ordered from your shop on 20th, August.
Firstly, I suppose that there is something wrong about the color of the dress I received. Actually, I would like to order the white one, however, I found it different color when it was delivered to my home. It is more annoyed when I contact with your staff but getting no feedback.
Besides, I am extremely dissatisfied about the delivery time of your service. In fact, it was expected to be sent to my home on 18th of August, nevertheless, it was two days later. I think that it is the most irritating problem when shopping online that you should avoid.
To be honest, this is such a terrible online shopping that I have experienced. I feel like being cheated and disrespected. Therefore, I want you to exchange the white dress that I expect with no extra fee, especially, it will make me feel more revealed if I receive your staff's apology for being carelessness.
I hope this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
