Topic: Some people believe that allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters( such as food, clothes, and entertainment) is likely to result in a society of individuals who only think about their own wishes. Other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about matters that affect them. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.  

As social development, children's right of freedom is more considerable. Children are encourage to make their own decisions about everyday matters like food, clothes, and entertainment in order to grow confident and independent. However, it is likely to result in a society of individuals who only think about their own wishes.
In one hand, it is supposed that children should not be allow to make their own choices about everyday matters since it has some drawbacks. Firstly, little children are not mature enough to make right decisions. They are too young to choose what to wear or what to eat. Little child, for example, is likely to eat candy and sweet all time if there is no prohibition. Therefore, it results in bad habits among small kids. Moreover, children will grow in selfishness as they just care about their own like. It has negative impact on child's personality in the future when adults afford everything they want. Gradually, that kid becomes disobedient and stubborn. Thus, giving freedom of choice may not be sizable in that age.
In contrast, those who advocate of giving freedom for children in making their choice about everyday matters believe that it is beneficial for children. In modern society, children are inspired to be free of choices. It is viewed that everyday issues such as food, clothes, and entertainment are just unremarkable aspects of life. Children have right to eat what food they love, wear their favorite clothes, and play their desirable games. It can be seen that being uncontrolled is an important phase in their development progress. Besides, many children are facing pressure and stress of studying, thus parents had better create a chance for them to be free in common things. It not only makes them satisfied but also helps them develop independent and decisive skills at the young age. For that reasons, adults should allow their kids to do what they like to help them grow naturally.
In conclusion, I have strongly agreement with the permission for kids to decide their own choices about common matters since they may be aware of their action as well as solving simple problems in a certain age. However, parents would rather observe and instruct them to be better. That will have significant influence on their well- rounded development.
